What is WIZZ MultiPass?
WIZZ MultiPass is a 12-months subscription plan which allows the subscribers to travel each month on the eligible Wizz Air flights by paying a monthly fixed fee including all taxes and fees.
What benefits do I get with WIZZ MultiPass?
WIZZ MultiPass gives you the opportunity to lock your price for ticket and baggage for the whole 12-month period regardless seasonality and/or last minute booking period.
Once in a month you can choose from a great variety of flights on the eligible routes by paying a fixed fare for the ticket and baggage.
How do I get my WIZZ MultiPass?
Go to subscribe now, pick the most suitable subscription plan, select one-way or roundtrip flights, select your preferred luggage and register.
Where can I fly with WIZZ MultiPass?
With MultiPass, subject to availability, you can fly to all destinations in the Wizz Air network from your selected country.

I have a 6-months subscription, can I use it until it expires?
Yes, you can use your 6-months subscription plan, but please note Wizz Air discontinued the 6-month subscription plan, therefore once the subscription period ends, it automatically renews for the 12-month subscription program for the same country.
I have a 6-months subscription, is it going to continue with the same specifications?
A brand-new program has been introduced where subscribers can enjoy and plan ahead for the next 12-months.
I am not interested in the existing plans, will there be further markets available?

If I choose a plan with a luggage, will it be added to all of my flights?
Yes, all the reservation booked with your WIZZ MultiPass will include the chosen luggage.
Can I add luggage/seat/service to my booked flight?
Yes you can. First go to wizzair.com and log in then select “Check-in & bookings” select your upcoming trip. If you cannot find it go to “Find booking” and add the reservation code and the last name on the reservation. On the “Manage my booking” site feel free to add any additional service or product you need and proceed to the payment site.
When can I start my subscription plan?

After registration, choose the best starting plan for your WIZZ MultiPass from the following three options:

a. 1st of the given month - After a successful payment, receive your token(s), book right away and fly just 5 days later. The credit card will be charged on the 1st of next month.

b. Don’t want to miss? - Subscribe now and start the plan from the 1st of the next month. After a successful payment, receive your token(s) and book right away and fly up fly just 5 days later. The credit card will be charged on the 1st of next month.

c. Know the date and need a flight on the best price? - Sign up for the rest of the month. After a successful payment, receive your token(s) and book right away and fly just 5 days later. The credit card will be charged on the 1st of next month.

Please note, the next month’s subscription plan will always start from the 1st of the given month.

How do I book with WIZZ MultiPass?
Go to WIZZ MultiPass site and log in. Go to “My account” page and select the details, use your token on your next flight and get your reservation code. You are now ready to fly!
Can I book a connecting flight e.g. MIX & MATCH with my WIZZ MultiPass?
Unfortunately only direct one way or return flights can be booked.
Can I book two single trips instead of a round trip?
When you have a roundtrip subscription plan, only one origin and destination can be selected. If you book one flight as a single trip, the unused flight will be lost and cannot be redeemed.
Can I modify my flights booked with WIZZ MultiPass?
Unfortunately, booked MultiPass flights cannot be modified. In case change is needed a new ticket has to be purchased on wizzair.com.
Can I change the composition of my plan?

Yes, the existing plan can be upgraded with available add-ons as per following:

I. Ticket + WIZZ Priority

II. Ticket + 20kg checked-in bag

III. Ticket + WIZZ Priority + 20kg checked-in bag

Please note, the added products cannot be removed from the plan once subscribed.

My flight is delayed more than 5-hours, can I change the flight?
Yes, you will be able to change the flight under “Manage my booking” site.
My flight is delayed more than 5-hours, can I ask for a refund?
Yes, for the refund please contact our Call Center.

My flight is cancelled can I rebook with my tokens?
Yes, you will be able to change the flight under “Manage my booking” site.

I have not used my flight in the given month, can I have a refund or move it to the next month?
No, the unused flight tokens cannot be reimbursed or moved to the next month.
Can I transfer my WIZZ MultiPass to someone else?
The subscription cannot be transferred to any other passenger.
How do I pay for my WIZZ MultiPass?
The registered credit card will be automatically charged on a monthly basis based on your start date.
Will the price of my subscription change through the 12-month period?
No. The agreed price will be charged upon enrollment for the 12-month on a monthly basis.
What taxes and fees are included in the monthly payment?
The monthly fee is including all taxes and fees, no additional cost will occur.
What are the currencies I can pay with?
Your subscription can be paid in your preferred currency from those available at the time of purchase.
Please note: The currency you use when you start your subscription cannot be changed and will remain the same until the end of the Subscription Period.
Can I modify my registered credit card?
Go to WIZZ MultiPass site and after logging in, go to “My Account” and under “Payment” select “edit” and enter a different credit card.
What happens if my payment is not successful?
There will be a payment retry every 24 hours on the first 4 days of the month. If the payment is unsuccessful, Wizz Air asks you to select a different payment method. Until your payment, you are not eligible to use the token(s). The suspension does not mean that you are not obliged to pay the subscription fee in the next month. If your payment fails in any month, Wizz Air reserves the right to terminate your subscription automatically.
What happens if my payment is overdue?
In case of overdue payment, the subscriber account remains in overdue status until the outstanding invoices are unsettled for the missed months.
Withdrawal period

a. If the customer wishes to unsubscribe within a 14-calendar day grace period, having not utilized their token(s), Wizz Air will reimburse the full amounts.

b. The consumers cannot withdraw from the subscription plan and receive a refund if they have already used their token(s) during the 14-calendar day grace period.

Can I cancel my subscription plan?
Unfortunately, your subscription plan cannot be terminated before the end of the 12-month term.
